I’m Klaudia.

I built my career internationally, learned the hard way how culture, perception, and power actually work, and stopped waiting for systems to reward effort.

I didn’t grow my career by working harder. I grew it by understanding the rules of the game.

Today, I influence senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and make decisive career moves. I teach my clients to do the same.
